During life’s trials and tribulations, the best approach is to keep a calm focus.
When others around you are losing their cool in a stressful situation, it is always best to take the approach of staying calm and focused.
Or perhaps you are taking an exam or giving a presentation. Wouldn’t it be great to be in a relaxed, yet focused state?
Some ways I have learned to do this is by taking deep, slow breaths to naturally relax while I am taking action to handle a need.
I have also adopted the viewpoint to let go of stressors that I have no control over. And when I do have an influence on the outcome, I move decisively and calmly in the direction I see best.
