
Traveling through life we have many roles we play.
There isn’t anything quite like that of being a mother.
For me personally as a mother of four children, I see the importance of raising happy healthy children.
It begins with pregnancy ensuring diet, exercise, and mood is a positive influence.
It was important to me to take necessary nutrients for my children’s development while in the womb. And to help them stay healthy through their childhood.
I knew the importance of proper nutrients including immune building. At the first sign of a symptom, I’d give them immune support that helped them fight off the bug before it worsened.
The key was doing this when I first noticed a sniffle or if they’d mention their throat was scratchy.
To have waited even a day, it could’ve progressed and escalated into a sinus infection or strep.
As a result of me doing this, my children had virtually no use for antibiotics as children. They stayed healthy.
Now it’s interesting how this has carried over into their adult lives and even with their children.
There is much I did to help them grow into grounded, responsible, smart, caring, helpful, kind, healthy, and happy adults.
As you can see I am very proud of my children, and I’m so very grateful I was diligent with them when they were young and under my care.
Oh, another important point is we didn’t watch much TV, and never violence nor bad news in the background.
They played outside, participated in sports, read, drew, sang, danced, had an overall creative and active childhood.
There are so many beautiful things about motherhood.
Enjoy it while you can because soon they will be having children of their own.
