Here are my favorite Wellness Resources supplements that help keep me feeling youthful and well!



I am oftentimes asked which Wellness Resources supplements are my favorites. I am excited to share with you my top 10!

Thyroid Energy Package -- Keeps my metabolism youthful and functioning well, excellent for providing sustainable energy, naturally! (Okay, this is really 3 products: Thyroid Helper, Daily Energy Multiple Vitamin, and Iosol Iodine. It's a powerful combination that tops my list!)*

Adrenal Helper -- Supports my adrenal glands to keep them functioning well, helps boost energy in the morning and stress management all day long!*

Female Plus -- Keeps my female system youthful, and function well! I feel like 20!*

Skin Rejuvenator -- Nourishes my skin and keeps it healthy and youthful. I’m excited about the new addition of collagen and ceramides to this product!*

Leptinal -- Helps to keep my metabolism balanced, helps efficient burning of calories, cuts food cravings, excellent for energy.*

Stress Helper -- Keeps my mood balanced, helps focus and mental energy. Contains acetyl-l-carnitine which helps keep "age spots" to a minimum.*

Daily Bone Xcel -- Nourishes my bones, keeps my bones strong and good posture maintained.*

Sulfur Plus -- Helps keep my hair, skin, and nails strong. Helps maintain thick, lustrous hair, too.*

PhosphatidylSerine -- Great for my brain, memory, and focus...it also helps maintain normal levels of cortisol during stress.*

These are my favorite supplements because I really feel a difference when taking them and I miss them if I run out even for a day! Of course, there are others that I take each day to support my good health, I'll share more favorites later! Hi Sue! Thank you for your question! I usually take my supplements three times per day -- with breakfast, mid-day (lunch or afternoon), and bedtime. I personally love the packs (Daily Super Pack, Rejuvenation Pack, and Leptin Control Pack) and take one of each at breakfast and mid-day. Of the supplements I mentioned above, those 3 packs include Thyroid Helper, Daily Energy Multi, Sulfur Plus, Skin Rejuvenator, Daily Bone Xcel, and Leptinal. Then, I like to add in more energy and adrenal supplements especially in the morning like the Adrenal Helper, Super B Complex, Female Plus, and PhosphatidylSerine. I also love to start my day with a Daily Protein smoothie. Then, at bedtime, I focus on the relaxing nutrients like…
