Hi Sue! Thank you for your question! I usually take my supplements three times per day -- with breakfast, mid-day (lunch or afternoon), and bedtime. I personally love the packs (Daily Super Pack, Rejuvenation Pack, and Leptin Control Pack) and take one of each at breakfast and mid-day. Of the supplements I mentioned above, those 3 packs include Thyroid Helper, Daily Energy Multi, Sulfur Plus, Skin Rejuvenator, Daily Bone Xcel, and Leptinal. Then, I like to add in more energy and adrenal supplements especially in the morning like the Adrenal Helper, Super B Complex, Female Plus, and PhosphatidylSerine.
