Hot Flashes & Making It a Smooth Transition

Menopause is a natural transition into a different season of life. Many women suffer with hot flashes. Some experience these for years or even decades after their last period. From personal experience, I can tell you it doesn’t need to be that way!

I am grateful to have had a smooth transition without hot flashes or other symptoms. I’ll share with you the Wellness Resources supplements that have helped me so much with this. I’ve been taking these for years and continue to rely on them for my female hormone health.

Female Plus with DHEA helps keep my adrenal and female hormone production healthy. It is the best basic nutritional supplement to help hot flashes. It works by supporting the adrenals and helping your body adapt to the hormone changes. I love the nutrients in this and continue to take it every day.*

Femme Balance, a natural estriol cream, also works wonders for me. I use it as needed, usually about once a week.*

To power up your energy and help stress tolerance, bioavailable B vitamins and enough of them, contribute to a smoother transition. I take Daily Energy Multiple Vitamin every day to help turn on energy and combat stressors.*

If you are under more stress or struggle to get out of bed in the morning, then you could add adrenal support with Stress Helper and Adrenal Helper.
