Hot Flashes & Making It a Smooth Transition

Menopause is a natural transition into a different season of life. Many women suffer with hot flashes. Some experience these for years or even decades after their last period. From personal experience, I can tell you it doesn’t need to be that way!

I am grateful to have had a smooth transition without hot flashes or other symptoms. I’ll share with you the Wellness Resources supplements that have helped me so much with this. I’ve been taking these for years and continue to rely on them for my female hormone health.

It’s important to have healthy adrenal and thyroid hormone function throughout life and this makes things easier entering menopause. So women of all ages will benefit from what I’m about to share with you!

Natural approaches for hot flashes and menopause center on supporting healthy adrenal function, balancing brain signaling, and ensuring calcium is adequate

Female Plus with DHEA helps keep my adrenal and female hormone production healthy. It is the best basic nutritional supplement to help hot flashes. It works by supporting the adrenals and helping your body adapt to the hormone changes. I love the nutrients in this and continue to take it every day.*

Femme Balance, a natural estriol cream, also works wonders for me. I use it as needed, usually about once a week.*

To power up your energy and help stress tolerance, bioavailable B vitamins and enough of them, contribute to a smoother transition. I take Daily Energy Multiple Vitamin every day to help turn on energy and combat stressors.*

If you are under more stress or struggle to get out of bed in the morning, then you could add adrenal support with Stress Helper and Adrenal Helper. Stress Helper contains nutrients to help mental energy and clarity. Adrenal Helper is a blend of adaptogenic herbs that support your brain and adrenal gland stress tolerance.*

The next step is making sure you get at least 1,500 mg of calcium per day. I take Daily Bone Xcel daytime and extra Coral Calcium mixed in water at night. Some women find getting up to 3,000 mg calcium per day is helpful for hot flashes, so you could try more if needed. Minerals are also great before bed to help restful sleep.*

It also helps to support thyroid during menopause. If you find it’s harder to maintain a healthy weight, then adding Thyroid Helper and Iosol Iodine can be a game changer. Iosol Iodine itself has been shown to help hot flashes. Thyroid Helper is hormone-free, so even if your thyroid labs are normal, it can be taken to help boost energy, mood, and metabolism.*

These are my favorite Wellness Resources supplements that have greatly helped me with a smooth and symptom-free transition. Daily Energy Multiple Vitamin, Female Plus, Stress Helper, and Thyroid Helper are a part of my daily program. Additionally, I take Iosol Iodine, Adrenal Helper, and Femme Balance as a regular part of my program to be well and feel youthful!

Wishing you a happy, healthy life,

Mary Elle
