I have been an advocate throughout my life to keep my body healthy, listen to what it is saying, and do my best to give it the needed nutrition, exercise, and sleep that it needs.
The importance of paying attention to the first signs of a symptom and addressing it has been my modus operandi for caring for myself and my children. By doing this it helps prevent the worsening of a condition and is much less likely to turn into something chronic or acute.
