In my life I’ve learned to prioritize what’s most important. One thing I know for sure is that It’s a top priority to take care of my health as without that I’m of little use to others.


Living a fast paced life has taught me to take time for me. Just like an airplane, care for yourself then others. This is far from selfish; it’s one of the most generous things I’ve done.


I’ve always been into health and wellness. It’s my passion. I eat healthily, I exercise and stay active, I have a positive outlook on life despite what is out of my control, and I’ve taken Wellness Resources nutritional supplements for over 30 years. I give great credit to all of this for my well being and good health today.
