I begin each day with a Wellness Resources protein drink using our Daily Protein powder. It gives me energy and focus all morning until at least 2 pm. I eat a small healthy lunch and a small healthy dinner. I follow the Five Rules of the Leptin Diet: it’s an easy and effective way of eating.
I have good balance and energy every day. I feel like I’m 20!
