
Hello! When people ask me what diet plan I am on, I tell them: I follow The Leptin Diet! It’s really more of a lifestyle than a diet. It’s a sustainable way of eating that helps you have healthy metabolism and energy. You’re not always focusing on what you can eat next. Once you follow these 5 Rules for even a week, it becomes second nature! Forget the yo-yo dieting and do something that works this year!
Never eat after dinner. Finish eating dinner at least three hours before bed.
Eat three meals a day. Allow 5-6 hours between meals. Do not snack!
Do not eat large meals. Finish a meal when you are slightly less than full.
Eat a high protein breakfast. Aim for 20-30 grams of protein at breakfast.
Reduce the amount of carbohydrates eaten. Limit, don't cut out carbs.
